Unprofessional. Poorly ran business. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. This business is dirty & outdated. The owner of this business is uninterested in quality employees & also uninterested in delivering a quality service. One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping foot in. If you want a reliable service done I would not use this company. Take your business to World Pest Control or Ram Exterminators LLC.

They came and did the first bed bug treatment which we paid $250 for half of the full price. They never did the second treatment but expected us to pay the second $250 even though they had not done the second treatment. We got a call about the $250 bill last Monday, which we had never received a bill for in the mail, and were told that if we did not pay for the second treatment which HAD NEVER BEEN DONE and that they had openly admitted that they had never done the second treatment, then we were going to be sent to a collections agency. We went in to talk to them about the bill and Mike, the owner, came out obviously on the offensive and was extremely rude when we tried to discuss the bill with him and then went on to personally attack us and call us deadbeats so we walked out and as we were driving away yelled P#ssy at the car. As the owner of the store I expected him to act with a little professionalism and maturity.

"Isn't it funny when people can't or won't pay their bill, you are the bad guy. When they stand you up on the second scheduled treatment. Then 3 months later, when you try to collect, they tell you they don't have the money. I'm supposed to be pleasant after getting the run around. Schendel Pest Control prides itself on customer service and we really love our customers that pay their bills."

They were recommended to us by a friend. I really liked them and I liked their people too. Their price is comparable to what we have paid in the past.
