The delivery has still not been made. They solicited me through a general moving inquiry I did on Angies List. I was trying to decide if it was more cost effective to do it ourselves with a UHaul or with a moving company. They gave me a good price and we discussed how quickly I could get my stuff moved because that was very important to me. The clerk, Alexis, assured me that it would be delivered 4-7 days after pick-up. When the driver, Avi, picked it up on a Thursday he said he would have it to Maine on Monday; he told me that several times. When it did not arrive it Maine I called him and he lied twice to me (first he told me I had the wrong number and then he told me he was an hour away). I have since found out after repeated phone calls to the company that it is in storage in Missouri and they will get it to Maine in a couple of weeks. This completely contradicts what I was told when I engage the company - Alexis told me specifically that it would NOT be put in storage. I would never have contracted with them if they had not assured me that my stuff would get to Maine within a one week period. They have cashed my check and who knows when/if I will get my stuff. Am I supposed to believe them now after they have already lied to me twice? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I think I was scammed.
