This is a really rural area.  They had to drive over and hour to do the work.  I called him and let him know we were ready, and no kidding, he was out here the next morning.  They guys got on the job and they didn't leave until the job was complete.  They worked through new years eve and new years day.  Finished on time and finished at the price point he quoted me.  This was no surprises and the work was absolutely phenomenal. I was able to give them my total trust.  I would highly recommend them to others!

Mr. Mares was very prompt in returning my original calls, bringing over the sample, getting my signature on the contract. He was prompt in performing work. I did have to verbally request Ridge Vents on my own and mention other things that I believe may have been left out unless I addressed the subject. I mentioned the chimney wire being installed and also board repair that was needed around my windows. He stated "Sure, we'll take care of that with no problem" - I asked him if we should write it on the CONTRACT and he said "No, it's ok, we'll take care of it, I'll buy everything tomorrow." After "completion" (2) days, and when I got off work, I addressed the situation and he said "Oh, I forgot, yes, I'll take care of it within the next day or two, don't worry." It NEVER HAPPENED. During the next (6) months, I called him twice and then I stated calling him "again" in February of this year and TIME AFTER TIME AFTER TIME AFTER TIME, HE STATED HE WOULD BE HERE OR SEND SOMEONE HERE. This was no less than eight (8) times. Well, now "ALL" the boards are rotted and some have even fell off. He has no intention of being a man of his word. I would not recommend him and I feel that he projects a very unprofessional work ethic and insults me as a "Well paying customer.: He is dishonest and I advised him that he left me with no choice but to turn him over to the BBB. This was one of many chances that I hoped he would respond to in a positive manner. I am deeply remorseful of doing business with this man and hope that this testimony will prevent others from contacting him with a "JOB" that only means money to him and not "Decent customer service based on his word or truth."
