Bringing a woman’s insight to the building experience, Ann Allaire first started with Jay Russell Companies over 24 years ago. Learning all facets of the building industry, there Ann banked a wealth of industry knowledge. Tony Brand is a plumber by trade and brings to Vision Homes the knowledge of more than 28 years of experience in the residential and commercial building. Shawn Ketzner started his framing company 18 years ago providing helpful ideas to Builders about how to provide a better, stronger home. As a team, Vision Homes offers what many Builders can not…………on-site control of each stage of the construction process.

I worked primarily with Tony Brand who oversaw the project from initial quote to completion. I did get a couple of bids for the project and found that Vision's was very competitive. Since I had already seen some of the work they had done it was an easy decision.
One of the requirements of the job was that I wanted the house to be very near complete when my lease ran out. That gave them about three weeks after I closed on the house. Tony was ready to go and had a team on site the day after my closing. I was amazed at how fast they got things done. Each group that worked on the basement from framers to painters to electricians and plumbers were very professional and obviously concerned with doing quality work. They took all my ideas and executed them perfectly. They made suggestions and helped me fill in the areas where I wasn't sure how a particular area should be finished.
The project was over 95% complete when I was ready to move and it far exceeded my expectations. One thing that really impressed me was something that happened when the job was nearly complete. I had some furniture delivered and the delivery guys scuffed up the wall going down the stairs. One of the painters came by to finish up something I think in one of the bedroom closets. Well, when I got home I found that they had also completely repaired my scuffed up wall going down to the basement!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I have a fully finished home and a basement that is truly a joy to be in.
