He is very thorough and very friendly. He is very caring and passionate towards all animals. He does large and small animals. He is very compassionate. If I have questions, he explains it. He listens to me. He treats the animals like a member of the family. The staff that works for him is very helpful and friendly, and very compassionate too. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
