Paid 50% of the contract upfront. Only 10% of the work has been completed prior to his departure. He tore up the ceiling in my existing bathroom and left the job prior to finishing insulating the attic and sheet rocking the ceiling. He did not put in rough in plumbing, nor did he finish the electrical work. He flung the electrical box in my rafters and it is still there as of today. He demanded more money and everything he completed was extra. He argued with me that he was 50% of the way through and wanted more money. He told me he used the money for supplies for my project, yet would not produce the supplies when I requested them. I am out $15,000, no bathroom, and seeking a new contractor. I would not recommend this company.
