Don recommended that we replace the older small breaker box with a bigger box, which we certainly needed. The new box and circutis appear to be of the correct size and types for our current needs. cough. The new system is almost certainly much more safe than the older one. Aside from that, the quality of worksmanship was very good. The wires are laid out with an attention to detail that I haven't seen in the past. It was almost a work of art with all bends and connections uniformly symetrical. All circuits are now clearly labeled and easily traced, compared to the mess that was there before. Much safer, and I'm sure, more reliable.
A couple of months later, I was in need of help with an electrical problem where we were without lights until I could get the problem fixed. Don came over with only a couple of hours notice and got the problem fixed in no time. It wasn't that great of a problem, just one that required knowledge that I don't posess. But the point is that he WAS there when I needed him.
