Called Triple D on a Friday morning and was told the crew was busy and would not be able to come out until the following Monday. Mr. Dougan called me back and said he would re-arrange his schedule and care take of the problem that afternoon. He was very friendly and professional and fixed some problems with the water pipes as well as replace the water heater.

It went very well. They were very knowalgeable and make sure everything is done correctly. I have used him for over 30 years.

When they dug it up, they found the sewer line had collapsed for a ways. (this happened very near the main sewer line.) They took out the old line and replaced it, leveled out the soil and hauled away the old line.
