Nick Clays

Nick was paid to take out the old pool and install a new pool for me in Coffeyville Kansas. He did not show up when he said he would. I would call and get no return call. He showed up when he decided to. It took him over a week to do what he felt was complete. The rails on the pool are not installed correctly so the caps that cover the screws will not fit. The covers are scattered on my deck and still need to be put on. He put only 4 on and of those 2 did not go on correctly so they still show the screws and they stick up. When I went out to try to put them on myself he did not leave the hardware so I need to go purchase new screws before I can complete the job. The pool he was supposed to dispose of is all over my yard with the exception of the metal that he took to the scrap yard. The pool ladder is half put together and parts are all over the yard.I recently sent pictures in a text to inquire as to when he would adjust the rails and 3 days later he has not responded.I would NEVER hire this man again.
