I have used Brett Adams painting for over 10 years on three different homes and highly recommend him. IN addition to interior painting, I had him do a complicated kitchen cabinet paint job that required stripping enamel paint, sanding and repainting. The cabinets looked like they had just come from a showroom. He is in demand and does take a while to schedule, but once he starts your job, he stays with it and works it until complete. He is quiet (sometimes I would forget he was in the house) extremely neat - even when he sanded for the cabinet painting there was no mess. He stands y his estimates and his workmanship. I will continue to use Brett exclusively for my painting needs,

This is an extremely unprofessional business that is trying to scam us. Brett Adams (owner) came to pick up the door and asked us to pay $100 of the $350 we agreed on for the job upfront. We gave him $100 cash and he was supposed to give us a receipt but never did. After the job was completed we noticed that there were parts between the glass that wasn't stained. The painter said he couldn't remove the glass to stain that part. This is something that he should have mentioned before starting the job. We had to get the door company involved and they had to replace the glass panels since they couldn't be removed without damage. Adams Painting told us they would stain the new parts when they arrived. A couple of days later they sent us threatening texts saying to pay $350 or they would put a lien on our house. We told them we would pay the remaining $250 once the job is complete like they agreed but they won't even acknowledge that. Angela Stacey (the co-owner) even sent a letter to my husband where she changed his name to B*tch! They were extremely unprofessional and now they won't return our calls. We had to hire someone else to complete the job and are still wanting to pay them $250 so we can resolve this without going to court but they won't accept anything less than $350. Not only did they not do a good job but now they're trying to get another $100 out of this!

Paint exterior soffits and fascia, two coats and apply caulk before painting.
This is a small company that is always on time, or a bit early, polite, has seen a lot of issues with other's painting jobs, knows how to fix things that other's screw up, always has a competative bid and is very nice to work with.
They have painted several of our rent properties and twice done work on a new construction project we did. Everything is done very well, very clean and crisp, always cleaned up afterwords, no worries ever from them in all the years we have used them.
They are also very nice people to talk to if you have time; they won't waste your time if you are busy - very much appreciated.

Brett works mostly alone - he did have some help a few days.  He is quiet, polite, cleans up and is very careful moving furniture.  He did an amazing job of painting the interior of our home with as little disruption as possible.  His estimate was not the lowest - but was certainly on the lower end of the range (we got a total of 5 estimates).  He shows up exactly at the time he gives and performed the work in less time than originally quoted.

This was certainly the best painting experience ever!
