 + -1 moreLet me start out by saying my family has used Darrell for year with only excellent service. However whoever is running the company now is terrible!! My sister used them and they have done nothing but ignore calls, not show up when they said they would be there (now twice). Finally, today she had another company out who immediately found the Freon leak and noted they either blatantly ignored the issuer or incompetent enough to not notice. Either way was a quick 30 minute fix. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND them!!

 + -1 moreI CALLED S & S ABOUT 2 PM. HE SAID HE WOULD STOP BY TO FIX MY FURNACE & HEATER ON THE WAY HOME, TOWARDS EVENING. HE ARRIVED ABOUT 0530 PM & STAYED TILL THE JOB WAS COMPLETE, ABOUT 7 PM. HIS CHARGE WAS REASONABLE & THE FURNACE IS NOW HEATING AGAIN. HE DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD BE GLAD TO HIRE HIM AGAIN.
Description of Work: FURNACE WOULD NOT KICK ON & A VENT LESS STOVE WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY.

Description of Work: II got home in the evening about 9 p.m and came in the house and my air conditioning had quit. It was very hot in here and I had my two dogs to think of too. I immediately got on the phone and called Darrell, he told me he would be right out. He lives about 45 minutes from my house. He got here checked out my air-conditioner, told me it was a capasator, he immediately got one of his truck. Took him no time at all, he came in checked input and output of the things he needed to do. Made sure everything was OK for me and my little family. I have used this gentleman for several years. In fact he installed my new furnace and air-conditioner about four years ago. Done an outstanding job. He is very much a gentleman and is very very honest. He has added to his company, his son, who in turn has taken all the good traits of his father. I can never say enough good things about this company, and have used them for several years. He prices are very very fair.
