I called Hensley Homes, LLC to request a quote/estimate for a replacement roof on a building. Even though this is a very busy time for roofers (as we've had storms in the area causing roof damage), Casey Hensley returned my call and set a time to meet with me at the site, assess the roofing, and suggest solutions. Mr. Hensley and his worker were very professional and polite. I haven't yet received the bid but I am confident I will within a few days. Overall, and excellent experience.
UPDATE: Casey Hensley contacted me with two estimates for two options for roofing this project. He explained the differences between the two and offered to meet again if need be. I am pleased that he followed up with the estimates, most roofers I called didn't return my call. His estimates were reasonable.
