They were on time, very professional, and they cleaned up after they finished! They took time to explain all the new features and even registered the warranty for us!

i called freeman and they told me to give them 60 dollars before they even came to see me and i said ok then the next day they came and i told them that i needed the toliet fixed and they looked at it and said that the toliet could not be fixed and then they said that they would put a new one and i said that i dont want a new one and they said sorry mam we cant help you then a few days later i got a bill in the mail from them thne i looked in the phone book and then i found cooks plumbing and then i called them and they said that they would take a look then they came to my house later in the evening and they had a little problem unclogging it but then they finally got it to work and i thanked all of them and i got there bill and it was less then freeman's was.
