Jim arrived at the time he said he would. He removed the old furnace and installed the new unit, then tested it. He came back by the next day to check it again and make sure it was working the way we wanted. He cleaned up everything, left us with the manuals, and showed us what he had done and how it differed from the old unit. The new unit heated the area much better, ran much less, and worked like we had hoped.

They are a local company, which we like. Overall everything was good...we would definitely use them again.
