It went marvellously. We responded to a Craigslist ad which they had posted. We called and made appointment by phone to visit. We were about 10 minutes late because of a bridge out and detour, could not reach them by cell enroute; they were waiting patiently and happily when we arrived. Raymond was specific about what sort of collision happened, and told us what they had done; their work is wonderful, the car is excellent now. Customer service on the sale was equally excellent, they had the paperwork all done when we agreed to settle. Best and most straightforward auto transaction I ever had. They visibly do lots of different kinds of collison and restoration work, from car to RV including professional towing, and if (when) we need work they provide we will be calling them.
