I would like to first off say how great of a worker this provider is. I called in even after all this time asking for him to explain to me how to fix the issue i had with the window and instead of explaining it to me over the phone he came out in person and fixed it free of charge.

Excellent service and excellent product.

They were very professional. His employees were very congenial. They were sympathetic to our needs and took care of those needs. Our house looks great. They did a good job and I would recommend Starks Siding to anyone.

Super.  We didn't know until Kevin went to get the Building Permit that our house was placed on the Historic Registry.  He went to bat for us.  Went with us to the landmark Commission and explained why what we wanted would be better for the ecosystem.  Would not use anyone else.  Hoping we can get our first floor windows ordered and replaced sometime next year.  Wonderful people,  Thank you Kevin and Laura.

The work was very well done. I originally spoke with them in August and was worried that they didn't come out until October but fortunately the weather didn't get too cold and the paint is still looking good 2 years later as I write this. The only thing that was an issue is a leak in a corner of the gutters where they got put back together. I didn't notice it until later that winter when a pool of ice formed below it on the sidewalk. During the painting they wrapped all the fixtures that needed protecting and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

Did our siding, windows, and put in a set of French doors for us. Also repaired our roof while they were there. They were friendly fast and took time to show us the warrantees and how our new window worked. I recommend them to everyone who wants quality work with a smile!

Mr. Stack was a nice guy and talked everything through with us before our purchase. We also looked at several other companies comparing prices etc. before choosing them.
Their work was mostly ok, I haven't had anything start to come off etc. yet, granted it has only been 3 months.
     The painter was fantastic and all the employees of Mr. Stark were nice. The issues I had were that the would work on the house just a few hours a day and then leave. I also had a problem with the workers leaving a few cig. butts around after I had given them a butt can.
     The work issues I had a problem with included not replacing a few end-caps that were supposed to be replaced and an misinterpretation on the original work that was to be done. In the original estimate  there were far less siding pieces selected to be replaced that what I had remembered talking about, but I also signed the paperwork without looking it over so I can't complain too much.
The siding looks pretty good and I didn't have any big issues with the company. Only time will tell how good the workmanship  is.

They are very honest, and conscientious. Most importantly, they are serious about doing the job correctly.

Contacted Kevin Starks through Angie's list info, along with 2 other contractors.  Kevin's price and presentation was the best.  He gave me lots of options to choose from until we arrived at a complete understanding which fit my budget and wishes. From start to finish, Kevin was a complete professional.  Since this is a rental property and I am not in the area, we communicated totally by cellphone.  The job took approximately two weeks, and Kevin would call me as matters requiring clarification would arise.  When the job was finished, he texted me pictures of each side.  After having an agent check the work, I mailed him a check.  I feel that Kevin takes a great deal of pride in his work, and I felt very comfortable dealing with him long distance.

Excellent! Kevin Starks, owner, frequently visited the site to be sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. The workers were on time, constantly busy, and very respectful of our home and us. This was done in the spring and the work was done every week day, weather permitting.

On the order for the window on the second floor that was replaced due to remodeling, the window had to have egress approval, but the window installed did not. Kevin let us know that he would replace the window with egress approbal. This was in case of a fire someone could open the window and climb down he fire escape ladder. We appreciated hsi knowledge and bringing it to our attention.

We took bids from other companies and found that there were different ways to install siding such as not removing the old siding and not wrapping the house before the siding installation. One company was so desperate that it changed its bid rom $60,000 to #30,000 which is definitely not the way to do business.

Kevin Starks, Staks Siding Co., Inc., presented himself in a professional manner, no hard sell, had excellent choices, reasonable price, answered our concerns on the "how to" install siding, met our schedule, and listed the entire work description in a contract for our signature. There were no surprises. From start to finish, it was a satisfying experience due to Kevin and his staff. We highly recommend Starks Siding Co., Inc.

We met Kevin, at the state fair. I had interviewed at least 5 different companies, all the ones advertised on TV. I thought they were way too high and none of them would repair the water damage under the windows. My husband, has COPD and cannot do repairs and we needed help. Kevin, came out, saw what we needed and did an absolute wonderful job repairing the water damage as he replaced the windows, and the siding is just wonderful.

After we were in a hail storm, we had no worries. We went straight to Kevin, and had him repair the hail damage and add a new stair rail to the back step. Oh, I forgot to tell you the very special part. Our new windows are the the kind that can be cleaned easily. Mrs. Starks, took the time to "personally" show me how to work every one of my windows and have me work them (we have a couple of different types), so I knew exactly how to take them down and clean them. I really appreciated that!

I am so happy with Kevin, and his company! I have been telling everyone they ought to use him to do their work. I am very honored to say he did the beautiful job in our house! Thank you very much!
