The installer was very polite and if he ran into an issue with the application he came to us to discuss the options. He worked very hard, didn't take a break or even take a lunch break. The job was installing mosaic tile which proved to require much more detail work than I expected. His price was very fair and since he did such a good job we added a tip to the bill.
