GRAVATT'S PLUMBING

I have used Gravatt's for years and have ALWAYS been exceptionally happy with their service. Their price is extremely competitive compared to other providers. They are honest and ethical. Every time I need a plumber- this is who I call and they get to me as soon as they can- usually in 24 hours if it isn't an emergency.

Very well. Plumber had to create a new access panel to repair a shower leak. He even had to travel some distance for parts because I wanted knobs with a lever for arthritic hands. He did it without complaining. Job done neatly and quickly.

They did a good job. I didn’t deal with the person directly. My husband dealt with them and he was satisfied. I thought that the price was a little bit high, but the work was good.

The plumber arrived on schedule. He was able to declog the the drain in less than 30 minutes. I've had no other problems with the drain since then.

They are on time and they are good at what they do.

I would use him in the future. He was courteous and kind. The quality of his work was good. I would recommend. He was professional while he was working. He was personable.

It was all excellent! They did what they promised when they promised and met their original estimate. Actually, they did much more by doing little things not originally on the bid and they cleaned up after themselves every day. They were also able to recommend or secure other tradesmen for non-plumbing work related to the restoration. All of their choices were excellent. I can not say enough good things about them and told them I would serve as a reference should they wish to have potential customers who want to check references.
