Crosby Plumbing

Technician sent could not fix outdoor faucet that had frozen and burst during the winter. Only one drain was cleaned, so was fairly expensive for the work that was actually done. I was supposed to have received a discount for a referral that was not honored. Also, since the technician that was sent was unable to fix the outdoor faucet, I was to receive an estimate for actual repair. This took two weeks to receive. Professionalism was a bit off as well, didn't say anything or introduce himself when I came to the door.

I called Crosby Plumbing. I wanted to use a local plumber to install two almost exact faucets I purchased at Home Depot. One plumber showed up. Could not get the two faucets installed. He called for another plumber to help. I did the original plumbing twelve years ago in around 45 minutes. Note: both new faucets were just like the ones I wanted replaced. Two plumber and three hours later Crosby Plumbers, Bonner Springs, CHARGED me $512.00 to install two faucets. $ 512.00!

Scheduling was quick and easy. Crosby plumbing was on time and work was done quickly. I appreciated that the technician explained the work as he went and pointed out where problems occurred. He was friendly and professional. Price was fair. I would definitely use Crosby Plumbing again.

Fixed drain on water softner. No problems.

I was impressed with the service! Jason came out and looked
over my issue quoted me a price of 180.00 which I thought was reasonable compared
to other plumbing companies. He did the job so fast and charged me less, so the
final bill was only 130.00. This was to replace a shut off value that was soldered
into my copper plumbing underneath the shower in my garage. Another plumbing
company came out a few months earlier to replace some plastic plumbing
underneath my kitchen sink and that cost me $300.00 for 15 minutes worth of
work I could and should have done myself, but was too busy and didn’t have
time. Other plumbing companies seem to be very highly priced and I figured this
repair was going to really be high but was shocked when it only cost 130.00.
Crosby plumbing is fair, honest and truly does their business with the utmost
integrity. I will never call another plumber again except for Crosby Plumbing!
Their honesty and professionalism should be modeled in the industry, as the other
guys like to pad their pockets with high prices. I will recommend Crosby to
everyone I know who is looking for plumbing. Hats off to a great company with integrity…that
is a rarity these days.

Mark and Jason were able to clear a drain that another very big plumbing company could not. That other company said they would have to jet spray it out and flood the basement. I told them to get out and called Crosby, they came out the very next morning and worked till they cleared it. They were extremely nice, professional and very reasonably priced.
I recommended them to my daughter too after she had the similar experience with that same big company and they did a fantastic job for her at a fraction of the price.
I would call them in a hearbeat for any plumbing needs.

Our washer backed up in the basement and they came right out and augered out the drain, having to pull the stool in that bathroom since we have no clean out drain down there and add 35 feet of extra cable. They did a great job as usual and are so pleasant.

From start to finish it was a great experience.

When I called and explained that I had a leak coming from the shower faucet I was given an estimate over the phone. Very nice folks. Said they would be out the next day at 2:00pm to repair. They were right on time, the job done in an adequate amount of time, cleaned up their mess and I felt the price was fair.
