The discussions, installation went well. System works as described, except furnace did not provide any savings even though it replaced a 35 year old unit. The air conditioner system does provide a savings. The new units are not as robust as the old and are noisier, even though advertised otherwise. I believe the quality is refused and the life will be much shorter.

Excellent, travis and his brother spent a great deal of time dealing with our special situation and my wifes needs. The installation went smoothly and all my questions related to install and operation were answered. This new type of equipment required some education. Travis corrected a couple of noise related problems that I doubt any other installer would have taken the time to correct or would have avoided fixing them. They are very knowledgeable and will work to get it correct for your needs. The B rating for cost was only because they were slightly higher than another bid, but in the end worth the extra.

Excellent. Travis is professional, highly knowledgeable, prompt and efficient. I truly trust his advice and think his pricing is competitive (I got several bids for my new AC unit). When my AC was breaking down on a 95 degree day he was able to get to my house quickly which was much appreciated! He can resurrect the oldest of AC units! I HIGHLY recommend All Weather.

This company came out quickly and worked me into their schedule. They help diagnosed the major problem within 10 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were fantastic to work with and we have worked with them before. Everything they did was centered around helping us in fixed the repairs as quick as possible and as affordable as possible. The whole process was great. We got several bids, and All Weather Control was very competitive. Travis was great and explained all the options without going overboard or talking down to us. The install went as expected and the unit works great.
We ended up moving and then using All Weather Control again at our new house. Both times they did a great job!

The AC was not reaching the second floor of a town home unit. We were concerned that the blower was broken. All Weather Control promptly came to check out the situation and quickly identified a dirty filter and coil, and fixed both issues.

Our experience with them was great.  We were very pleased and very satisfied.  They were very easy to work with.  They really listened.  We had a little issue shortly after they installed.  They were here immediately, very quickly.  It was nothing and it had actually gone by the time they got here.  Our experience with them was totally positive.  They cleaned up beautifully after themselves.  It probably looked better when they left than when they got here.  They did a marvelous job.  They heard everything that we wanted to correct or improve upon and they did it.  We were just extremely impressed.  We got quotes from a bunch of different people and their quote was the best and offered the most.

I called this company after I had issues with Harrington Bros (who installed the HVAC system in the house).  The house was purchased new in 2007 and never had any issues.  My transformer blew on 12/28/14 as family was arriving for the week.  I tried to stick with Harrington Bros, but after a week of run around, All Weather Control was recommended by the electrician I had come and inspect the wiring from the breaker to the unit.
All Weather Control arrived on time and was sympathic with my situation of not having working heat for 6 days prior despite having the other company come by multiple times.  He arrived that evening and said he had discussed the case with the electrician that was there the day before.  He brought in a larger transformer and after trouble-shooting he could not find out what was causing the transformer or the circuit board to blow other than possibly a loose wire running from the fan outside (was supposedly inspected by previous company and told no issues).  He asked to be on the safe side, if it was ok to disconnect the humidifier and A/C and only allow the heater to have power.  His idea was to trial this for a week, then if no problems, come back and reconnect.  HIs fix worked great. 
He also noted that the exhaust pipes were smaller than ideal and the cause of the fine white dust that was settling over everything inside the HVAC and on top of the water heater.  He recommended changing out the pipes to increase to longevity of the unit, it was not necessary, but an option if I wanted.  He also found out the humidifier was not working properly and needed maintenance.
When they returned a couple of weeks later, the heater was working without an issue.  They also replaced the exhaust pipes and humidifier at that time.
It has been a little over a month now and have not had any issues with humidifier or heater.  Would definitely recommend this company.

great! Will said filter too restrictive (thick merv 13) and cleaned flame sensor plus tested all aspects of furnace. he also gave advice for future possible problems that i can fix and suggestions for minor upgrades to increase air flow and air supply to furnace room

The overall experience, from the initial bidding process to project completion was excellent. During the bidding process, All Weather personnel presented its bid in a professional and timely manner. There was no utilization of high pressure sales tactics and the conversation regarding equipment and its capabilities was complete and informative. The bid presented was extremely competitive when compared against the same and/or similar equipment from other providers, and the amount listed above included all applicable rebates (Lennox, Kansas Power and Light, and Missouri Gas Energy). Specifically, I choice to install a Lennox SLP98V high efficiency furnace, a XC21 high efficiency air conditioner with matching coil, a PureAir air purification system, a whole home bypass humidifier, and an iComfort Wi-Fi thermostat. The installation process itself was completed in a timely and professional manner. To date, I have only had reason to use the furnace and it is performing flawlessly. I have no reason to believe the AC won't do the same when this summer arrives. Finally, the installation of my system was evaluated by a third party independent contractor, Proctor Engineering Group, as part of the KCPand L Cool Homes program. The evaluation concluded that both the refrigerant charge of the compressor and airflow through the inside coil were correct and met manufacturer recommendations.

Last week the fan motor on my AC condenser went out in the evening. I called Travis the next morning and Will came by first thing in the morning to replace the motor (under warranty). All Weather Control replaced my HVAC system four years ago and I keep them coming back for bi-annual inspections. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys.

All Weather Control was referred to us by some family and friends that had used them in the past. From the replacement of our whole system in 2011 to the improvement of our ducts just last week, the service a from AWC has been top notch. They made reasonable recommendations that were competitively priced. Because we did both a furnace and AC we were able to get good pricing and also some nice rebates from the local utility companies. Throughout our estimate and install, they were prompt, clean and professional. They just completed some duct work last week and it has made a world of difference in the cooling of our second level. They did a great job on the work and cleaned up after themselves. When we had our AC installed last summer, the unit was defective and they were out with a replacement unit within 24 hours. We also really like working with Travis - he is super fast to respond and always friendly. We won't use anyone else for our HVAC!

My father and I had an old AC unit and we had used them for inspections and minor repairs in the past. They always came the same day, even on holidays and their prices for repair were reasonable. When repairing or inspecting, they did not inflate repairs and always showed us the part which needed to be replaced. This particular time in June, the AC was not working at all and they came within 2 hours of my phone call. The wiring harness had burnt out and they replaced it. They stated it could be the sign of a sick AC unit or it could just be an act of God this time.
When it came time to replace the furnace and AC this fall, I did call them for an estimate and they were prompt and professional. The only part I did not like was the add-ons suggested to the system which were expensive and per other relliable sources were unneccessary and did not add to the performance or comfort level. Overall, I did like them and trusted their work and can understand why the add-ons were suggested as this is just part of being a good salesman.
