Mike and his team did an incredible job! They were professional, friendly and offered great advice. We were difficult clients as my husband was not local so we had to go back and forth with pictures and ideas. In the end my floors look amazing! They matched the current hardwood with new hardwood perfectly. The carpet upstairs is great and the pattern stairs are gorgeous.

It went very well.  It was big job and we have large furniture like piano, organ, big lawyer’s desk, big side board and big mirror.  They moved all the furniture.  It was like a $100 to move the furniture for us.  The individual who did the stair was meticulous, it was beautiful work.  They have been cleaning our carpets for a long time before we decided to change the carpets.  I knew the owner and I have worked with him for a long time so I trust him.  I have a relationship with this company for many years.

I called this company based off a recommendation. I did not find him on Angie's List. Mike, the owner, is very nice. He responded quickly and had his crew out the next day. They showed up on time and did a great repair. Would use him again for carpet cleaning, new installation, or repairs.

Their price was competitive, the installers were on time and completed the job as promised. They were professional and cleaned up after the job was completed.

This started out as an insurance repair on the carpet in the living room, hallway, and stairs.  We were so impressed with the workmanship and knowledge of both the owner and his technicians, that we decided to recarpet the entire top floor of our home.  Mike and his team made it easy, despite the fact that every piece of furniture on the main floor had to be moved and replaced.

We also made the decision to upgrade the staircase to a different higher-grade patterned carpet and that was an excellent decision as well.  Mike's technician did an outstanding job of lining up the pattern to accentuate the beauty of the carpet.  Would highly recommend Mike and his firm to anyone needing carpet or cleaning services.

They did an awesome job with our carpets. We had really stained carpets and they were able to get the stains out. They were on time and on budget which I think it huge. They provided me with good service.

Mr. Frentrop estimated cost  for carpeting and laminate flooring   for my 1200 sq ft home. His estimate was perfect--no hidden costs or extra fees. Mr. Frentrop was kind, polite, punctual, and a real man of his word. If he says the project costs  x, it really comes in exactly at the estimate. He was very knowledgeable in helping me select appropriate flooring for my home. He was more than patient and I felt he weighed my priorities carefully in advising me. His crew was excellent--extremely polite, fast and neat. Installation for my whole house took 2 days.  They were detail-oriented and obviously well-qualified. Mr. Frentrop and his company were a great help to me and I would recommend them without hesitation.

They did a very good job, better than the last time they were cleaned using a different process. Many stains that had been there for years were removed.

HE WAS ON TIME AND CLEAN. VERY POLITE AND WAS REASONABLY PRICED.
