Gary performed the service perfectly. He gets the job done in a timely manner, his work is excellent, and we will definitely use him for any additional projects.

He arrived on time, covered counters to protect them, sealed and installed tile. There was no existing backsplash to remove. Completed job in one day.

Gary broke the three jobs out across three weeks, working three days each week to get the jobs done. After he left each week, one of the three jobs was completed. He did an excellent job tearing out and cleaning up beforehand. He was pleasant to be around and his 25 years in the industry showed in the quality of work he did.

The reason Gary took care of the jobs the way he did for us was primarily because I care for four children during the day. Prior to him starting I really just wanted the job done, but the way he handled it worked so much better. I had time to clean between each job to minimize the clutter of moving stuff out of each room and then putting it back. He was contentious enough to put a great deal of thought into how the entry way could be done and keep the children off of it the first day the tile was adhering.

The most important part is the tile looks beautiful. He gave great care instructions and even called me back promptly after he was paid when I had a question. I will be calling Gary back out here to take care of more tiling for us in the future.
