They fixed the wiring in my attic and fixed the light switch in my kitchen. They make other wiring checks in the house so you know how safe your house is. Which is nice when you live in an old house.

I am a 74 yr old person who was taken advantage of pricewise. This was a Friday and was suppose to have carpet installed on Monday. Electrician that was to move floor outlet 2 ft. was sick and couldnt do job. I checked Angi List and saw this business listed. I requested their service. Showed up on time and seemed very professional. Checked out the job and quoted $900 to move floor outlet 2ft. So cut 3"x5" hole in subfloor moving orig box to new hole and placed another box (same size as orig.) and placed a cover plate over it. He knew I was desperate to have outlet moved. Orig price quote was $900 and asked it would be it for $500. Said no and was able to agree on $700. The job took 3 hrs of which he was gone an hr to pick up the new box. The plastic rounded cover plate was not flat and the wrong screws were used so a flat metal cover could not be used. NO would not recommend this business to anyone. I was foolish to pay this.

Hired Mr. Electric to come do work out at my house. The installer seemed very professional and I got no indication otherwise. Upon city inspection, I found out some of the services I paid for were not even completed (even though the tech stated in the contract they were). As a result the company has to come out a second time and fix their mistakes. They also failed to pull permits for the electrical work, this was also caught by a city inspector. Overall I would not rule them out, but this has me very worried about what kind of shortcuts their employees may take, especially since their quote was higher than other electrical companies.

Very professional from the estimate to the completed job. Very courteous and on time. Answered all our questions and did the work efficiently. Pointed out a problem area that was not up to code and did not pressure. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs about an electrician.

We had an attic fan that stopped working. The tech who came out explained everything he was doing and testing before actually doing it. We thought we would have to replace the motor, and he was honest about the cost upfront. Luckily it just happened to be a faulty switch. He saved us hundreds of dollars!
