The work was near perfect, better than I had envisioned it. I would definitely recommend them especially their carpenters and painters.

When White Star first came to my home to access my problem, they suggested looking into a couple windows first to see exactly what the problem is. I wanted them to tear it all out and do it all at once. White Star was being courteous in their recommendation because my home may not have needed what I was initially wanting them to do. It turned out it was needed but I did really appreciate their thinking regarding my situation.
The 2 men that did my home repairs were amazing. They were always on time or early. They were always friendly and professional. They always kept me informed on their findings while repairing my home and asked me about various other details. They always tidied up at the end of the work day. They were always very respectful to me, my children, and my home/property.
I suppose the most important part of my home repairs is the repairs themselves. It seems to me that the job was done thoroughly (I won't know for sure until it rains heavily again). The guys were here about a week and a half. It seemed to me they took their time to do everything as it should have been done in first place......properly.
I'm very satisfied with the work done on my house. I will be calling White Star back to do the rest of the window trim on my home. I highly recommend them.

White Star was excellent. I had not initially considered them for roof repair but was very pleased with the results. They met me on time, provided a free estimate and clearly explained situation with our roof. Turns out unlike other companies I had spoken too, we didn't require an new roof, only repairs. White Star showed up on time the next week with actual work and materials coming in less than the initial estimate.
I would use White Star again and would highly recommend!

They do excellent work. They show up on time, get the work done in a reasonable amount of time, and I can’t complain one bit about their work. I’ve been using them for years. I have them scheduled to do another project next week.

We have used White Star several times and have always been 100% satisfied. They are extremely professional and always have a manager overseeing the scheduling and progress and satisfaction with the work. They are great on communicating before, during and after the work. I think they deliver great service at a fair price.

They were responsive. After the insurance company notified White star, they were here within a week and when they got the contract they started work the next day. When they finished cleaning up they did an inspection with contractors. They left the area super clean and went out of their way to make sure it was clean. They offer prompt service. They are friendly, candid and to the point. Their final product exceeded my expectations. I gave them all A's but would give them A pluses if I could.

I can't say enough good things about White Star Construction. From the original estimate to the time the job was completed everything went smoothly. They kept me updated on what work was going to be done each day. After just a couple days I knew I could sit back and relax and not have to worry that something wasn't going to be done right. As the guys were tearing out the old paneling and wallboard they checked with me several times to discuss damage they found, old wires in walls, and they even found a leak in my main sewer line I was unaware of. Things that were done poorly by the people who built the house or shortcuts taken by other contractors I was able to get corrected versus just covering it up again. After all the work was done to rebuild the walls and redo the plumbing connections it was topped off by an impeccable paint and trim job. They cleaned up every day before they left. The areas they worked in were cleaner after they left than when they started the project. Everyone was really nice and professional. I had a bathroom remodeled a year ago by someone else and it's hard to compare pricing for the two jobs but I do know that the difference in workmanship and attention to detail was very noticeable to me. I hope to have White Star back to do more work for me in the future.

The service was superb. They were wonderful from start to finish. There were one to three people working at different times and it took about two weeks to complete. They were so nice. They did such a nice job. They're estimate was very detailed and they didn't leave a stone unturned.

I liked everything. I will have them come out on Friday to look at some new projects. I may hire them again and I don't know how it may turn out with them but so far they've done a good job. They were very courteous. They were timely and they did everything according to the contract, as far as I can say. A part of it was an indoor and a finished area that have been water damaged and therefore had to be put back in a pristine way. It wasn't just a functional repair but it has a high cosmetic element and they did it very beautifully. You can't tell there was any damage at all. They did overlooked one little job, I had to call them back on that, but they corrected it very easily. They didn't disagree or anything like that.

It took a little while for them to figure out the best way to do the job. When they took off the step, we discovered the newel post was glued on to a wood platform and there was so much trash under the step that it nearly filled a trash bag! This step was replaced at the time of the newel post being installed to replace the iron one. The men anchored, glued and screwed the newel post so it doesn't even wiggle at all now. Plus, the step doesn't squeak any longer! They did a great job! Earlier in the year they replaced rotten wood on two of the columns on the front porch. The columns are two stories tall and were so bad that they swayed in the wind. That was a worry to me! I was not home when the work was done but it looks great! They had to remove the siding that is wrapped around the columns and they were able to save it and put it back on. I was very pleased with the work. :)

It went fantastic. The team from WhiteStar was excellent, timely, friendly, up front with estimates and helping guide us through the remodel of both our bathrooms. We had one large bathroom outfitted with heated tile flooring, and new shower tiling & doors. The results are fantastic for all their work, and their care for our home & clean workspace each day impressed us greatly. We'll definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend their work to all our friends. I have their number close to my phone for any and all upcoming work for our house.

For 6 months we received estimates from several companies one of those had remodeled another bathroom for us. Several of the estimators would not estimate what we wanted specifically. Including the one company that had remodeled our other bathroom. They gave us a flat estimate of $11000 to $15000, did not give us a breakdown and when asked for a deposit up front left in a huff when we objected and we never heard from them again.
White Star was punctual; the workers put down runners to protect the flooring and cleaned up afterwards. They were friendly and professional. All of the estimators said they could not remove the vanity top without breaking the back splash tiles. WRONG! Mike did so, and the black splash remains intact and beautiful.
All in all White Star did exactly what we wanted and did so professionally.

We were satisfied with their work but their bids were appreciably higher than other highly rated contractors for work more recently.

In the long run we have found that White Star is extremely competitive and either ends up with a price that is equal to or less than our competitors by the end of the job. White Star employs 10 laborers that do our work and work directly and solely for Whites Star. Our employees are highly trained and specialize in drywall, paint, roofing, and more. We do this so that our quality of work is consistent and meets our customer’s satisfaction. Because we do not contract out our work to other companies, unless the scope of the jobs requires us to, White Star is not met with any surprises in time and money and can stay true to our bids unless there is a change in pricing for materials used on a particular job. White Star hopes that we can work together again in the future."

They have repaired a chimney that was struck by lightning, remodeled a kitchen and master bathroom, replaced a floor, repaired windows and a beam on our cabana. They have been here quickly when our home had water in the basement. I could go on and on. They are the best of the best!! I can't say enough good things about them.
