THE WOOD DECK CO OF KC INC

I met this companies representative at a "Home Show" in early February. Their main business is building decks. I asked him if he could refer me to someone who does small deck repair. He said his company also does that. I explained the extent of my needed repair and he explained that he had a $250 minimum. He thought my explanation sounded like it would be within that minimum but he would have to check it out before it gave estimate. He explained that repair jobs are performed as "job fillers" between deck building jobs. I told him that was fine. Just wanted it done within a couple of months. He said he would visit my house to give me an estimate as soon as the weather improved. He told me to phone him if he didn't contact him in 2 weeks. Well, the weather has been spring like for a month and I have phoned him at least 4 times over 3 weeks leaving messages. He has never bothered to return a phone call!!
