After looking at a bunch of houses, I found my dream home and Larry was able to secure it for me! I still live in that home and still love it! I am glad he was able to negotiate on my behalf to make sure everything was squared away and legal. I've also worked with Larry this year, on a couple of rental property purchases. His knowledge and experience helped me to make some real good decisions on some properties. He was honest about potential issues, his take on pricing/condition of properties, etc. He is very responsive and even provides extra info I did not think to ask for. The purchase of our home went well, with no issues. After taking another job, I decided to rent my home for a couple of years. During that time, Larry acted as our go to guy for maintenance and house calls from the tenet. If he felt thew job was simple enough to fix, he would work the issue. I really appreciated his involvement because I was not around the are. Just within the last month Larry assisted us in the closing of our home. I had no issues using his services and would use him again if I moved back to the area.

Larry is the ultimate professional. He's been really effective in helping me to build my rental property business.
