"This customer is very confused on what actually happened. She contacted my company to add a few cabinets, doors, drawers and a few other pieces to her kitchen but the main thing that she needed done was a refinish on existing cabinets. I don't take on refinish projects and I gave her a name of someone who does , this person (Dan) doesn't and never has worked for me. I have no part in his business and he has no part in mine , it was a referral plain and simple. It was up to them to interview him and make the decision to hire or not hire him , I had no part in any of that other than the referral and he had always done nice work when I had worked around him before so I had no problem giving out his name. My part of this whole project was to build the pieces that they needed to add to their cabinets and that was it , I literally backed into their driveway and unloaded the items I made and put them in the garage got back in my truck and never stepped foot on their property again. Never walked into their house , never met the woman who wrote these horrible things about my business and was paid by the person who I refereed and they hired. I haven't heard a thing about any of this until today when I checked out my Angie's List page reviews. The only thing that [removed member info] didn't complain about was the actual cabinet doors and rollouts that I built so I guess there is that. If anyone reads this and wants to use my company to build them beautiful custom cabinets you will end up just like every other customer of mine , thrilled with the work that we do and very impressed with my company and the employees that I actually do have working for me. I have hundreds of happy customers and they would be willing to give glowing reviews. As far as [removed member info] I feel bad for you and the experience that you had with Dan but please get your facts straight before you throw me and my business under the bus I've worked my tail off to get to where I'm at and to build a small business that I could be proud of and have never done anything that would give anyone a reason to say the things about me or my business that you have."
