The job went as planned. The cost was the same as the original estimate. This was an installation of a complete heating & air conditioning system in a 1930's home.

Contacted them and left a voicemail. They returned my call within a couple of hours. I had them call my house and let the boys know they were coming. They had it fixed that afternoon.

My central air conditioning unit was not working properly. The repairman showed up the same day (no other service I called in town could get me in for at least a couple of days), and checked the system. He discovered that the system was a pound low on freon. He added the freon and checked for leaks. None were found. The system has operated fine since then. Their receptionist was polite when I called and they performed the service at a very reasonable price. Great work!

Initially found them via ServiceMagic & was contacted literally within 30 sec of submitting my request. After explaining my problem Valarie immediately said I needed a new thermocouple & quoted $170.00 (parts & install). She was very friendly & helpful! Ultimately I found another provider through Angie's List that was $50 cheaper.

Drain Cleaning
I HAD COMPANY COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN AND MY KITCHEN SINK WAS STOPPED UP AND I STARTED PANICKING. I CALLED HEARTLAND AND THEY CAME WITHIN A HALF HOUR FROM THE TIME I CALLED THEM. THEY FIXED THE CLOG AND I WAS HAPPY.

THEY WERE METICULOUS IN THEIR WORK, DOUBLE CHECKED THAT THERE WERE NO LEAKS AND THE WATER HEATED PROPERLY, EXPLAINED THE FUNCTION AND SETTINGS OF THE WATER HEATER, AND WERE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. THEY ARE A COMPANY OF INTEGRITY -- WORKING WITHIN THE TIME AND FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS THAT WERE QUOTED TO US. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND, AND WE HAD USED THEM PREVIOUSLY. THEY WILL BE OUR FIRST CALL NEXT TIME WE NEED A PLUMBER OR AC/HEATER HELP.
