Called Earl Bryant about an issue with our whole house humidifier not shutting off. They had someone over within the hour and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Two really nice guys came over and explained the issue and how it was fixed. 
Never expected such quick service but it was very much appreciated.

When I have a problem, they try to show up as soon as possible. Their service people are polite and knowledgeable.

After the many attempts to find the source of the sounds we have been hearing, the technician assured us that we would have 30 days in which the company would return at no cost if the problem continues/ returns.  He was very complete in his search for trying to find the reason for the "pops" and other noises we had been hearing for a couple of weeks.  Although the sounds were NOT heard while he was here that morning, by late afternoon the 'pops" and occasional "bang" were occurring intermittently.  We have replaced the filter as he suggested, and it has been in place for about a week.  However, the intermittent noises have continued, still very much the same noises as before.  We will continue to work with the company about the issue.

The company gave us a written quote which we compared with 2 other quotes.  Bryant was in the middle in cost, but we chose them because it was the best solution for the house. Our house isn't huge and one of the quotes was for a large system.  Bryant's quote made the most sense for size, efficiency, (we upgraded our furnace to a 95% furnace) and cost. We called them multiple times before our decision with questions and were always connected with the sales manager who knows the technical details of their systems. I apologized the 4th time I called and he told me the only bad question is the one we don't ask. The installation was on time and we are impressed with the system and the features. I was also impressed with their clean-up after the installation.  They even do the on-line registration of the system to be sure all warranties are in place.  They have a good reputation around here that is obviously important to them.

Terry and team were on time, pleasant and very knowledgeable.  They explained what exactly was being done and why.  My wife and I are quite pleased.

They were on time neat clean  very competent they finished in 6 hrs cleaned up everything gave great instruction they did so well i am going to give them the service contract.

T.C. was great to work with from the estimate to the installation. He did a great job explaining everything about the unit, installation process, and post install instructions.

I began smelling gas from the furnace or water heater.  I turned gas off to both and found it was the furnace leaking.  I called and they scheduled an appointment for mid-afternoon.  The serviceman, Larry, arrived and found it was the electric furnace valve within the furnace which was not closing completely.  He replaced it and explained what he was doing, and the cause of the issue, as I peaked in on him from time to time.  He was in and out very quickly, which was great cause it was going to be getting cold.  Their prices were fair given the cost of my furnace valve.  I appreciated their quick service and how friendly the technician was.

The serviceman called in advance to let me know he was on his way and approximately how far away he was coming from so I could calculate time of arrival.  He was very cordial and we discussed some the parts of my older home which he liked.  He cleaned the furnace, checked for carbonmonoxide levels and gas pressure. Seemed to be a very complete winter tune up for my Trane furnace. He was very courteous and answered what questions had. Yes, I will be calling them back for a future check up.  He thanked me and told me that Earl Bryant appreciated my business.  It was a very pleasant experience.

They were punctual.  They communicated very well.  They showed me what they were doing and explained everything to me.  They were very professional and very clean.

I was very happy with the service. They removed all of the trash when they finished the job. They were neat and wore shoe covers when they needed to enter the house. After the job we were shown how everything worked and asked if we had any questions which they answered. 

Everything worked out great with them. They came out within 30 minutes, and they did everything we needed, and it was good. Their price was a little higher than some other people, who quoted us, but they were the first once to get back and they were staffed.

I checked around and found Earl Bryant had the best "deal". I booked an appointment. Larry W. arrived on time. He checked the system and did a very thorough job of preparing the system for winter. He was neat., efficient, professional and extremely thorough.
