ARROW LOCK SERVICE

This was the rudest business owner I have ever talked too.
We have used this company in the past. The experience was fair. He had a hard time changing out the locks at rental property. I would say he is not the friendlest business owner. He came across rude. My husband called him again March 28th at 10:45 and he called him back at 10:46 and he made an appointment to rekey our rental property the following Tues while he was out of town. Long story short, no call and no show. I called him April 3. I meantioned that no one showed on Tues and I would like to schedule another day to come out. He had an attitude. He could not possible of missed an appointment. I was wrong he said and hung up on me. I was very upset the way he treated me. I called my husband back to confirm we called the correct company. After looking over his phone log, we were correct. My husband said he talked to the owner himself. I called him back letting him know that we did call his company and he said he wasn't going to argue with me and he doesn't have time period. I am a business owner myself and couldn't believe how rude this business owner was to me. I would never use him again.

His key-making machine was in his van and with his past experience, made his work go quickly as well as thoughtfully.

I spent over $100 on that work.  He did the work well.  The person’s name was Don.
