+ -1 moreProject started out well - I chose Chris because he was friendly and seemed professional, but it was all downhill from there. Chris stopped returning my phone calls or answering my e-mails in the middle of the project, despite the fact that my unit was still under construction. Overall quality of work was poor - his tile contractor seemed incapable of laying tile correctly, and my shower continues to drain to the corners instead of the drain, despite the fact that they redid it. Floor sealant failed after 7 months, but no remedy offered. The one bright spot was the cabinet contractor - they did a great job, and I highly recommend them. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this crew. Their lack of professionalism and neglect of good business practices such as returning client calls was extremely perturbing.
