The only issue I had was, the tech didn't get my dryer put back together evenly, I think he was just in a little to much of a hurry. I left several messages and no one ever called back, however the tech showed back up and fixed it. My son just happened to be here to let him in. I would've preferred a return call with a specific time.

Honest work at a fair price. Came out and determined it was actually a frozen water line due to a setting adjustment. Took care of the frozen line and didn't overcharge.

We've used them for a long time and they're wonderful. They're great. You call them and if they can't get out within a day or two they tell you and set up an appointment. If something comes up they call you. When our a/c went out they were 4 days out but called and said they had a cancellation and could come that day. They're very good.
