+ -1 moreContacted Brian's about 3/4 after vandals trenched my lawn and gravel driveway. Brian said he'd come out in the next couple of days to look at the problem, then call so we could discuss best repair. Never heard back. Called 3/11, no answer, left message, Brian did not return call. I am so tired of how cliquish a lot of these small local businesses are! This has happened repeatedly in Augusta. They just want to deal with their pals and they can't even bother to show anyone else even elementary courtesy, let alone professionalism. It's so bad I hardly ever even try to deal with locals any more, just go directly to Wichita-based professionals.
Description of Work: Not a darn thing.
