Josh arrived on time, spent more time here than I thought he would was very diligent in covering entire area. He gave us advice on preventing future problems, very pleased start to finish.

We had an area that had been used by our dog as a potty place and we had had it cleaned a few times before by other companies. Baron was the only one that actually got rid of the stain AND smell! He put an extra effort into making sure I knew what he was doing and how the carpet was going to react. He was very thorough and got rid of the smell and it has not returned (like it had before with another company). We will definitely use them again.

They are very responsive to your calls. They show up on time or, if they are running behind they call. They then give you an estimate of their arrival time. You can trust them in your home alone if you need to be gone or can't wait till they are finished. They are totally trustworthy.

Our beloved cats died recently and we were getting new kittens so we wanted all traces of our old cats removed. Ronald came out and measured the rooms and gave us a price we just could not refuse. He was very prompt and professional. Ronald not only showed up on time but he was the one who actually did the work.
