They came in. worked hard, and got the job done with no mess. They did not disrupt the landscape. I would hire Browns again and recommend them to others. I wish they would have filled a crack and I know they would have if I would have been out and asked them to do it. They are very nice, hard working folks.

The project was to raise a slab of concrete in my driveway. They completed the project exactly as promised and on time. They cleaned up everything leaving no mess. Before leaving they explained the warranty and how long before we could drive on the driveway. They did excellent work and was very professional.

I was very pleased with the personnel, their knowledge and workmanship. I was disappointed that on the day the work began, I was told their bid was not accurate because of a price increase in the material they used. They increased the price of the project. They should have either honored their bid or known about this before making the bid. Other than this I was satisfied.

I was so pleased with the bid for replacing handrails on my front porch, that I asked them to replace the steps to the back door. They built a sturdy and attractive little deck that was better than I envisioned or expected.

Very polite on the phone. Extremely honest, which is MUCH appreciated. I was not at home when the work was done. However, I love the gravel hunks... rather than tiny bits that were provided for almost the same price by The Gravel Dude. Problematic from the first heavy rain.
