Gary tried everything he could think of to get our old dinosaur of an A/C unit up and running but to no avail, it was beyond hope. So he quoted us a price for a new unit which included quite a bit of labor due to the coil being in a bad place. However, did not take him as long as he thought and the bill came in less than the estimate. He kept us informed throughout the process and was courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Called before appointment to see if it was OK to come early. Two servicemen came, worked on unit about a half hour to
forty-five minutes. Very professional and polite.

I have used them, even on weekends. They are very reasonable in their fees. Even if they have to charge weekend fees, they are very reasonable. They are very good. They had to fix the original motor from the furnace when my house was built. I used them in the winter, to fix the furnace. They are very polite. They always take their shoes off. They will call you before hand, to let you know they are coming. I have four dogs, and that is helpful, because I need to put the dogs up. They will not come in and out of your house, if they have taken their shoes off. The job did take a few days, because they had to order the motor. They came the next day and replaced the motor. The pricing was very reasonable. I have used them 3 times for my furnace,and once for my air conditioner.
