I'm not sure what has happened to this company. We used them for many years but for the last few, they have missed the boat. They were suppose to install the stove. When they showed up, the didn't have all the parts. We waited but they never showed back up. We called and called but never got a response or a service call. We ended up purchasing the additional parts needed for the install. Upon removing some of the already installed parts, we found they had installed used parts.
When we began the project of building our home, we had planned on Waldorf Riley doing the HVAC work. they came and gave us an estimate for the work, We agreed on the price and planned on them being the HVAC contractor. When the time came in the construction phase for the vent work to be installed we couldn't get them to call us back much less start the work. We ended up having to do a rush search for another HVAC contractor. I would not recommend this company or their products. They may have done a good job in the past, but for the last 2 years they have become completely unreliable.

My overall experience with him was excellent. Their price was good. I would use his services again in the future.

They're pretty thorough and dependable. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them again in the future.
