Donaldson Construction

Mr donaldson said he could do the job in 3 weeks, He started work on5/21/12012 on 5/23/2012 his help put his foot through my dinning room cieling on 5/24/2012 the same helper put his foot thruogh my front porch cieling. they worked on the roof until 6/10/2012 and I did not hear from Mr Donaldson until 7/11/2012 I told him I was running a little short of money he said don't worry he will get it done on 7/19/2012 Mr Donaldson came by and I told him I had the money me he said he would start back on my roof 7/30/2012 he never showed. my son and nephew finshed the roof by putting the screws in the steel roof tearing off and redecking and installing the steel on the utility room and installing the steel on the garage. MrDonaldson repaired the hole in front porch the day it happend, I still have the hole in my dinning room as of this date 9/2/2013 I will repair my self. his helper came by and told me the reason they pulled off my roof is because they went and did 4 other jobs. the only work performed by Mr Donaldscn on my roof was tearing off the roof and rafters and redecking and laying the steel and putting in screws at the top and bottom so ti would not blow off. also when he redecked the roof he did not vent the gas hot water heater or the sewer vent through the roof. from 5/27/2012 to 7/31/2012 I had fumes floting around in my attic and drifting back through the hole in my ceiling, my son vented them through the roof on7/31/2012. the list goes on. also according to the code enforcment offecer at that time told me Mr Donaldson pulled the wrong permit, the permit he pulled was fro tearing off and redecking and putting on steel, should have got permit for new construction.
