It went amazing! We had a Carbon Monoxide leak and I called them and they came over right away! They removed the old unit (the really really really old unit) and then installed the new one. They cleaned up after their mess and were very professional. Our new unit is working great and it is so quiet!

I had to call them out again on or about 01/07/2014. The tech ran it both ways this time and cleared another clog on the house side of the clean-out. Now they want to charge me another $105.00 for the second call out. I maintain that the second call-out wouldn't have been necessary if the job had been done right the first time. Still not resolved to my satisfaction. It should be SOP for machine to be run both ways on a call-out and not assume anything. It would have saved us both a lot of unnecessary time spent and aggravation.
