Once the system was built, he set up the new computer to the side and loaned me a monitor and keyboard so that I could move the files I wanted to new computer since I wanted to get rid of a lot of junk the old system had. He also made suggestions for utilities that could replace what I had been using (good suggestions that he had no financial stake in). As I moved files, he quickly returned calls to answer my questions. When I was done, he moved the new tower into place for me. He also checked back a day or so later to make sure everything was going well.
