Kutter Pet Care Ctr

The veterinarians at Kutter Pet Care Ctr are very good and very pleasant to deal with. They do a very nice job.

I only recommend Dr. Zimmerman. He got to the bottom of my dogs illness when another vet didn't lose force with it I mean he diagnose something that was pretty catastrophic and another vet didn't.

We never heard back from Dr. Zimmerman after he performed the surgery. There was no follow up or anything in regards to the procedure.

I really like that when we take our dog to Kutter Pet Care Ctr for day care, they have a system that I can get on the computer and see him. I can see what they are doing. I think that is pretty neat.

They provide good service overall.

This was our first visit to Kutter Pet Care. In my opinion, the front lobby area creates somewhat of a sterile environment. Mainly because of the size and the echo created by the flooring. It just didn't seem very inviting. But maybe it needs to be that big if it gets crowded.

At check in, the front desk staff were efficient and professional. Not overly friendly, but I guess there is no reason to be. The person that evaluated our puppy was very nice. Everything was fine with the surgery (spaying) as far as we can tell. Of course, not being there the whole time with the dog, we just have to take their word for it. And we have no reason not to believe our dog received good care. We received a call during the day from the tech, as promised, informing us when the dog was out of surgery and how she was doing. And, as promised, we also received a call the next morning checking on her progress.

The doctor who happened to be at the front desk when we picked up our dog was nice and informative. At check out, the front desk staff were very informative and pleasant.

Overall, the visit was very professional. Pricing seemed to be pretty much in line with other veterinarians. All in all it was a good experience. But, just for me, the atmosphere in the front area has a very clinical "feel" to it.

Fantastic! This has been my vet for a little over 2 years, and i have nothing but good things to say about them. Their prices are very reasonable when compared to other providers, they file my insurance claims super quick with no complaints, and their doctors are GREAT! I travel extensively, so i often call for medical advice over the phone, and they help as much as they can for no charge, they have even shipped me refills on my pets prescription meds when i am out of town and run out! I would never go anywhere else.
