The finished product was acceptable, but we had to go by at least once a day to ensure we were getting what we wanted. The siding went on okay. We had to ask for nail holes in the trim to be filled. The porch rails and posts caused problems due to the inability to keep them square during installation. We wanted reflective house wrap and didn't get it. Still not sure how to feel about that. A history of problems shutting off the water caused us to ask for a new water spigot on the house while the siding was off. That didn't happen. We had another faucet freeze and didn't want a repeat performance. So we have to use pliers to get the faucet turned off far enough. Not ideal, and easily fixed while the siding was off. Not now! We're not saying the overall quality of work was bad. We were very specific about what was requested and didn't always get our way right from the start. Perhaps another contractor would have been the same.
