We had gone out for a week and we had left the lamp on. When we came back we realized that it was not getting off. There is a small twist in the lamp and it wasn’t sharp anymore. They repaired it for me. It is thirty seven years old and it’s been used everyday. I like them a lot. They are very nice and very friendly. They have good ideas. I am a person who holds on to old lamps. Everything about them is perfect. There are two people and one man is very good at wiring and other one is very good in sales. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future because they have an extensive collection of lamp shades.
