Excellent service. I showed up first thing Saturday. Tire was fixed by the time I finished a nice little walk back home with my dogs. Love this auto shop.

Went to Zionsville Auto to solve an intermittent stalling problem that the GMC dealer was unable to fix. Owner Roy Trobridge went the extra mile to obtain a diagnostic computer that discovered the problem and did a complete check of??the electrical system... I planned to go on Vacation and Roy offered his pick up to me if the repair interfered with our vacation plans. The repair was done on time and the result was like I have a new vehicle. Smooth acceleration, gas mileage improved by 4 MPG. Fair price, professional repair, great communication..... Thanks Wayne Mills

They will not jsut work on your vehicle before telling you how much it will cost. They will allow you make your decision. They did very good work. They are very honest. They looked all over my car and they did not charge me anything for it. I donated that car to charity.

They called me for the estimate and said I didn't even need brakes and I was good for another 15,000 miles.  Glad to know they are trustworthy and won't do work or sell me something I don't need!  Was only charged for the new bulb.

Fixed it in under 5 minutes, at no cost. Told me if it happened again to come back and they would look in to it more thoroughly.

They're good. They would help you get in if you have car issue and people there were really friendly. They're extremely professional. They call you to give you a quote, and let you know exactly what parts would be, and pretty much exactly what it is.

This is an amazing business. There is no sign on the building, only the street number on the mailbox. Even so, the parking lot was nearly full. I was dubiouis of getting my tire repaired. I went in, waited for the customer in front of me to get done, and the young man asked me what I needed done. When I told him it was a flat tire, he asked where the tire was, brought it inside and and repaired it, put it back on the car and inflated the spare and put it back in the trunk. The whole process took abot 20 minutes. I had expected tp wait for up to an hour. This was the first good thing to happen this morning!

They were willing to install replacement parts that I sourced from an online retailer when other facilities refused. They were fast, professional, and did the work for a very competitive price.

They were very nice. Got me in quickly and fixed my issues. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which I really appreciated!

They were great, they called us before doing any work, just to make sure it was OK to proceed after giving us the cost necessary to complete the work. The mechanic wanted to make sure we wanted to invest the $$ into an older vehicle with over 200,000 miles on it, as he felt that eventually the rack and pinion steering would go - usually happens after the 200,000 mile mark - and then the power steering pump would be likely to follow, several thousand dollars to repair, and he felt it probably would not be a good investment in this vehicle due to age. etc. I really appreciated his good advice, and concern for our pocketbook before starting any work. We will be using the van to haul stuff until she dies of old age so had him complete the power steering hose replacement. They ordered the part and the job was done quickly. The shop is very neat and clean which is difficult to accomplish for an auto repair facility. I've never seen a completely brick repair shop before - the building blends in nicely with the area's architecture. It looks like they'd be expensive, but they weren't. We will definitely be using their services in future - hopefully not too often though :).

They have fair prices. I think they are honest and they are prompt. They are pretty thorough and they won't make you pay for services you don't need. They don't try to upsell you and stuff.

They just do a great job in doing your routine maintenance. They saved me a lot of the money over the years. They are really honest and good at what they do. They are prompt and knowledgeable. You're not being sold a bunch of extra services. They maintain what they need to and if you're having a problem, they try to find an efficient or cost-saving solution to it.

Excellent, easy to schedule and very prompt follow up and very reasonable price given that one always fears the worst with mechanical problems. They also showed me the old part they replaced without being asked to do so.

I have used Zionsville Auto several times for a basic lube, oil and filter along with a repair. I appreciated them dropping me off at a local business while they worked on my vehicle. When I waited on site, the work was done quickly. The only complaint I have is that their bookkeeping system is decidedly low tech. When I arranged to drop off the vehicle for some repair work, I was instructed to leave it in the parking lot and drop the keys in the exhaust vent of one of the bays. When I hadn't heard back in 3 days, I called to see if the work had been completed. I was told that they had no idea what work they were supposed to do or how to contact me so it was still sitting in the lot. That was VERY odd as i had an appointment to bring it in and they were the ones who told me the repairs that were needed when u had been in the week before. I was very pleased with the work once it was done, and will just be sure to communicate better in the future.
