Westhaven Apartments

It is very hard to find an apartment complex in the Indy area that has the option of a short term rental, so we were thrilled to find Westhaven. We had a 6 month lease of a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment with a garage (not attached, but down a covered walkway). I am not sure why it is called Westhaven and quot;Luxuryand quot; Apartments as it is not especially luxurious, but it was very clean, quiet and comfortable and worked out very well for the 4 of us during the time (along with misc assorted guests that kept coming for overnight visits). We had a first floor apartment facing the parking area with a small patio that was fenced in. It was perfect since we have a child in elementary school. She could play out on the grass, take our dog to the dog park or ride her bike while I sat at the patio and did some work or relaxed. The pool worked out great in the summer and we used the clubhouse as a quiet place to go to visit when we had friends over. The complex is next to StoneGate subdivision, so we would often ride our bikes over to the school playground and we walked in the neighborhood every night. We had our dog with us for 3 weeks (before he went to Gma) so the dog park was quite convenient. We ended up with great neighbors and the apartment above us was empty for about 3 months which was great. I was worried about noise, but it is NOT a party apartment complex - the most noise we had was sometimes people visiting as they walked by. With a fan in the bedroom and the windows shut, we couldn't hear anything. We felt very safe living here and comfortable leaving the kids home with a babysitter there. We chose the model that had a larger porch and not the flex space which worked well since we were there during nice weather. That also meant that we had the larger kitchen and TONS of counter space and cupboards. We did have some maintenance issues, but the staff was very responsive and took care of the issues right away. I was more than ready to move into our new house, but I would highly recommend Westhaven to anyone needing an apartment.

They have good amenities. Our overall experience is good and we will use them again in the future.

They have good amenities. They would satisfy all my daughter's needs. The location is good. The maintenance has been good.
