concrete repair
 + -1 moreConcrete company within 10 miles of my house I think people of Angie's list need to know that not to use this provider for any services I wanted to use this provider because I knew that they were locally and independently owned and operated I've heard from them from a neighbor and I thought that working directly with them would be beneficial and it was not I don't recommend it in by uses this provider thank you
Description of Work: A guy came to estimate my driveway without my knowledge and then I was called by a contractor. I returned his call Wi Within a few minutes of him calling me at the group home which I work at in the evening my phone call was not returned for two days I then called Weber concrete during the day talk to a customer service representative she informed me that the contractor was very busy I then called the contractor again left a voicemail I understand that my job is small but if they could not do my driveway they needed to inform me . I ended up hiring an independent didn't contractor from Lebanon signed bill is not far for me only 10 minutes there is no excuse for this contractor not to be able to do a job that is well worth $2500. I was spoken to like I was an idiot when the secretary informed me that the contractors busy if the contractors busy you need to find me another contractor I refused to do business with this company and I will tell other people not to do business with this company I knew to Lebanon I'm from Bloomington I'm also Knutson Angie's list.com and I'm really appalled that this concrete company could do something so rude to somebody new to the community when that is the only
