Roofing
They were paid for work to be done August, 2023. Nothing as of June, 2024. No one from the office will return your phone call.

"[Member Name Removed], I'm not sure where we go from here, but your post is inaccurate. We attempted to replace your roof, but your blatant disregard for your obligations has caused thousand in damages and this is an attempt to bully a business to avoid your responsibilities. We attempted to do your roof earler this year. You were informed of the importance of making sure we have access to the property on multiple occasions. On the day we were scheduled to do your roof, you failed to remove vehicles and unlock the gate we needed to access in order to perform the work. When we attempted to reach you, you ignored our calls until noon. We scrambled to reassign our crews and lost thousands of dollars in materials due to your willful breach of contract. You and I have corresponded about this matter and Jake has talked to you on multiple occasions and has always called you back. We are ready to perform the work as soon as we resolve these matters."

Worked with Jerrod. Did a fantastic job walking through the options available working with our insurance company to assure costs stayed inline with the funding available. They made adjustments during the install to assure a stronger roof than what was installed at build. I really feel like they did a great job overall.

Roofing, Gutter Repair and Replacement
It went extremely well. Dustin came out and inspected our property after the hail storm. He helped us file a claim and worked with our insurance company to get the roof paid for. They got the roof done in a single day and the gutters were complete a few days later. The whole process was quick and painless.

Didn't even know there was hail damage on my roof. What I thought was going to be a very expensive new roof ended up getting mostly covered by insurance. Couldn't be happier.
