Overall, it went very well. They also built a friend's house in Carmel maybe 15 years ago and they rave about SLW as well. We've had no problems with the lake house as of yet (Summer 2012) We would highly recommend as a builder.

Ron Lake, the L in SLW, was the service provider. They are outstanding. Just absolutely the best. As far as I am concerned you should not use anybody else. They are not the cheapest but worth every penny I spent. They provided the general contract oversight and the architectural and design guidance. It was a one stop shop for all we needed. They had subs that have worked for them for 30 years, who are also of the highest quality.
