 + 0 moreOverall, it went very well. They also built a friend's house in Carmel maybe 15 years ago and they rave about SLW as well. We've had no problems with the lake house as of yet (Summer 2012) We would highly recommend as a builder.
Description of Work: Actually, I never hired them to do anything, they just happen to be the original builders of our lake house which was built in 2006 and we purchased in 2010, but we did discuss with them some questions we had since it was a post and beam house and we were unfamiliar with certain attributes. They were very accommodating to answer any concerns we had.

 + -1 moreRon Lake, the L in SLW, was the service provider. They are outstanding. Just absolutely the best. As far as I am concerned you should not use anybody else. They are not the cheapest but worth every penny I spent. They provided the general contract oversight and the architectural and design guidance. It was a one stop shop for all we needed. They had subs that have worked for them for 30 years, who are also of the highest quality.
Description of Work: SLW Inc. completed extensive remodeling on my first floor, including moving walls and fine, new cabinetry built.
