We have used the Rug Gallery before and have always had good service and a professional job. This time was like all previous experiences. Mark assisted us in picking the carpet that we wanted and came out and measured the room. The carpet was ordered and installed by two very industrious and professional gentlemen. Mark came and inspected the final results. We are very happy with the end result.

Mark helped us find the perfect carpet for our needs and came to our home to measure for the isntallation.
The carpet arrived on time, and was installed right away.
Mark came to isnpect the installation when the job was complete.
We are very pleased with the pad, carpeting, installation and the process from beginning to end.

Removed old carpet and pad.
Put screws in old floor so it no longer squeaks.
Cut and isntalled new pad and carpet.
Seams are flawless.
Room carpet meets perfectly with older hall carpet.
The pad and carpet are tacked tightly.
It looks wonderful!

The basement was installed on Friday, January 3.  The two installers were here all day, did a great job, cleaning up after themselves.

The family room was to be installed on Monday, Jan 6 but due to the storm it wasn't installed until Tues.  This was fine - they called ahead to let me know of the delay.  They did the same outstanding job in the family room.

We purchased a Karastan rug in September.  Mark was wonderful.  He told us how to measure for size and loaned us a small version to "try out" for color and pattern before ordering the 8x10 size.  He kept us informed about the delay (from the factory) and was very apologetic when the delay ran from September until the week before Christmas.  We assured him that we understood it had nothing to do with him (the factory was manufacturing more) even though he said he had never experienced that type of delay.  He also agreed to deliver the rug and pad at no additional charge.  He was timely when delivering the rug and spent time getting it set up in our living room and assisted with moving the furniture back.  Overall, a wonderful experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to purchase more rugs and/or carpet from him again. 

The carpet looks beautiful, there was no mess left and they vacuumed the carpet before they left.  I was not home when the installers arrived my contractor was here.

Perfectly; tidy, timely and efficient installation with careful review of the progress and finished work by the owner and proprietor, Mark, who provided exceptional council and anticipatory guidance throughout the process.

The owner,  Mark, was more then pleasant and professional to work with. I am not his normal customer (not buying a new carpet) but he went out of his way to get me on the schedule so that I could get my basement back in order.  The two men who handled the install itself were very nice, knowledgeable, considerate, and pleasant.  My job was a bit harder to accomplish then a normal install since the existing carpet had to be moved to fit the pad under.  The price charged was reasonable for the size area150 sq yards.

I visited the rug gallery several times to gather information about kinds of carpet and carpet quality to meet our needs. Mark gave me several suggestions which I researched. When I returned he helped us to pick out the neutral color we wanted.  He ordered the carpet and was able to have it installed prior to moving into the home we purchased. When we moved in the new carpet was installed, there were no foul odors or any sign of "off gassing" as I have heard people talk about in the past. The carpet was fully swept and the house was in great condition.

Two carpet installers arrived on time, they were very focused and efficient, knew what they were doing and got the job done.  This is our 2nd experience with Mark and we return because we can depend on his installers - makes all the difference.

The Rug Gallery installers did a wonderful job and were very efficient.  They arrived at the time they indicated.  They cleaned up appropriately after installation of the carpeting.  The owner Mark Hilton stopped in to inspect the work and check in with us.  He was a pleasure to work with.  We love our new carpeting!

The carpet installers were professional, polite, arrived at the arranged time and completed the job in less than 2 hours. Mrs. K., owner of The Rug Gallery was here when the workmen arrived and called to make certain the carpet was installed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend The Rug Gallery of Zionsville.

Timing is everything.
We sold our home, and had the movers in the day before we were set to close.  While moving the furniture out of one of the bedrooms the berber carpeting was snagged.  What to do with less than 24 hours to address the matter? 
In a panic I telephoned Mark at The Rug Gallery in Zionsville, as we have utilized his services in the past and respect his professional opinion.  Despite a busy schedule Mark said he could stop by the house in the afternoon to assess the situation. 
In the meantime I telephoned a couple of other companies on Angie?s List as a backup.  One company said they could have someone out the next morning at 11:00 am.  I advised them that I would plan to see them at 11:00 the next day, but would call them back if I was able to get someone to come sooner.  
Mark arrived on Thursday afternoon as promised, and after assessing the situation he telephoned a colleague who said he could pull two guys off of a job first thing in the morning and send them over.  I said that would be great, since we were set to close on the house at 1:00.  I then telephoned the other company to let them know that I was able to get someone to come to the house earlier the next day, and since we were closing at 1:00 I didn?t want to wait until 11:00 am to start the repair work.  They said the understood. 
The guys arrived promptly at 8:00 am and had the carpeting repaired in less than 30 minutes.  They did an outstanding job; you couldn?t even tell where the snag was.  They said they were able to re-loop the Berber and put everything in place.  It really looked nice.
Based on our experience to date with this company, and Mark, we would definitely use them again.

Excellent service! The installers arrived on time and immediately got to work. The owner Mark Hilton came to the house at noon to check the progress. The installers loaded and unloaded their equipment at no inconvenience to us. They vacuumed afterward and left our basement in pristine condition. It was an A1 experience and we will do business with RUG GALLERY again.
