His 60 some dollar estimate became 85.60 and he finally sent the bracelet for repair.  We received the bracelet after a few weeks.  Mr. Goodman's manor is extremely condescending and defensive consistently with each of our interactions including the initial one.  One gets the impression that if they are not going to be big spenders that they have less value as customers.  In 2 months time, my husband's clasp broke while putting it on.  (He is not rough on this bracelet).  My husband did not want to go back to him so I went to another jeweler down the street in our small town.  The lady I spoke with there convinced me to go back because it had been so soon after repair and because I had spent so much.  I went into the store and asked Mrs. Goodman how long they guaranteed their work.  Mr. Goodman immediately perked up from his other shoppers and walked over defensively asking whats the matter.  I told him the clasp had broken and that it wasn't stamped as had been requested.   When I looked at the broken piece under the loop I could see no stamp and where the cross section of the broken metal was, was green metal.  I told him I didn't believe that it was silver.  He retrieved my ticket and accused me of ordering nothing more than the fastener for the clasp and conceded that he had not stamped it.  He showed me a ticket where he paid 40$ for the repair, I responded, 'I paid 85$ for the repair' to which he loudly responded 'I can't make any money?'.  I agreed that it made sense for him to make some profit of course.  He said he would stamp the clasp, and I reponded by saying you will stamp it and what happens when I go get it tested?  Mr. Goodman yelled 'are you calling me dishonest?'  To which I said, 'Yes, yes I am calling you dishonest'.  He ended up refunding my whole fee which satisfied me on one level, but when I walked back to the other jeweler and had them test the metal, guess what, IT WAS PRIMARILY TITANIUM AND COPPER WITH LESS THAN 10% SILVER.  I was trying to support the local community by going to him and I get SCAMMED.  I ended up picking up my bracelet yesterday with a brand new STAMPED 14KT gold clasp.

They destroyed a gold watched of mine. The owner is a liar. I saw him drop the gold watch and he said he did not. I would not recommend this company to others.

Bob the owner left the store front with my two watches in his hands. I followed him out and I saw him drop my gold watch on the ground. He came back and I asked to see the gold watch and there was a huge ding in my watch. Bob stated that he didn't drop it then I blatantly asked if he dropped when he was picking up leaves and he starred at me and didn't say a word as I left the store. I don't know what else he has lied about.

They are easy to work with, and they are very honest. I have been very pleased with them. I have gone in to look and stuff and they have offered to clean my rings while I look. They are very helpful and friendly, and we have been very happy.

They told me that they can't replace the pearl because the ring had a crack on it. The ring was too worn. They are such an accommodating jewelry company. They are very thoughtful. I would trust them with any kind of jewelry that I had. They are very reputable.
